In Gan, at the foot of the two valleys of the Aspe and the Ossau, Les Clarines Nouvelles consist of 3 stone buildings built in the 1870's, looking out onto the foothills of the Pyrenees.
The property is classified as a remarkable habitat by the authorities and has been awarded the national "Fondation du Patrimoine" label. No key boxes here, our family welcomes you on site, where they live all year round.
Situated in a valley with a climate associated with the extremes of the high mountain, and the softness of the ocean, with great views.
The two gites benefit from a south facing aspect, in the heart of the wine growing region of Jurancon. They have a 3 stars rating and are located on a property comprises 3.5 hectares, with a heated salt-water swimming pool (heated from May to October), shared with the owners of Les Clarines. The ocean and beaches are 1 1/4 hrs by car (Hossegor, Biarritz..) and the mountains are just 30 mins away
